Bri McDonald
Exercise Physiologist (MClinExPhys, BExSci, Cert III & IV in Fitness, Cert III Outdoor Rec, ESSAM)
As a lover of the outdoors and high level sport, Bri decided to pursue a career in fitness and exercise. Studying at Deakin University she completed her Bachelor Degree in Sport Science and her Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. She is also a qualified Pilates for Rehabilitation Instructor.
Taking our Clinical Pilates and Pilates Plus classes Bri specialises in musculoskeletal pain, arthritis and low back pain. Her passion is helping clients achieve their goals and live a healthier, more active and functional lifestyle.
Bri grew up in West Gippsland and spent most of her childhood on the family farm or camping. At the age of 11 she had a black belt and national title in Taekwondo. She is now living in the eastern suburbs working in Boronia and Emerald in addition to her work here at The Wellness Factory.
