Chris Neason
Exercise Physiologist (MClinExPhys, BExSci, ESSAM)
With a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology Chris spent over 3 years teaching Pilates at some of Melbourne’s top clinics and studios before deciding to go his own way. Back in 2013 Chris opened Better Exercise Physiology in his home town to bring a much needed service to the community.
You’ll find Chris working with a mix of clients taking our Clinical Pilates classes and Exercise Physiology appointments. Chris’ job history includes work at Melbourne Pilates, Physiotherapy and Fitness Group, one of the most reputable clinics in Melbourne. Chris also has a strong background in fitness and high performance training.
Chris’ real passion lies in helping clients manage and treat complex low back pain. He’s treatments combine a mix of Pilates, yoga, Feldenkrais and Exercise Physiology to bring about the best results.
Being local to Healesville Chris grew up and completed his schooling at Badger Creek Primary and Healesville High, before finishing at Mt Lilydale Mercy College. Outside of work you’ll find him outdoors, going kayaking, surfing, hiking and camping.
