Pilates Fit (45 min) This is our trademark fitness class combining Pilates, boxing, strength work and stretching. Perfect for anyone starting out.
Pilates Stretch (45 min) This class combines a mix of Pilates, yoga and myofascial release to leave you feeling longer, leaner and more flexible. A low intensity class designed for anyone that needs a good stretch!
Pilates HIIT (45 min) This is our high intensity blend of Pilates, strength and cardio. Similar to Pilates Fit just quicker, lest rest and tougher exercises.
Yoga (75 min) Run by Melissa Shemmana from Nectar of Life Yoga. Each class will take you through a flow of gentle yet challenging Yoga poses, breathwork and meditation.
Beginners Yoga (55 min) A slower Yoga class perfect for beginners where you get to learn the basics at your own speed.

> You can commit to doing at least one class a week
> You don’t take yourself too seriously (because lives too short!)
> You realise exercise is a long term challenge, not a quick fix

How to Pay
For new customers we’d like to offer you to come and try your first class free. This way you can make sure the classes are perfect for you.
If you’d like to continue after the trial, all payments are made by fortnightly direct debit. Just let us know which membership option will suit you best.
