Exercise Physiologist (MClinExPhys, BEx&SpoSci, Cert III & IV Fitness, ESSAM)
With a passion for good health and fitness, Kelly has completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and a Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology. With experience in personal training and corrective exercise Kelly looks after our Pilates Plus and Clinical Pilates classes, whilst also offering Exercise physiology and Personal Training sessions. She’s particularly motivated to help those with chronic disease or injury to help regain their health and fitness through the correct rehabilitative exercises, this includes weight loss where we go through the journey together with a holistic approach with the correct education.
Kelly has specialised experience with high performance training, she has previously worked with junior athletes with athletic development at Rowville Sports Academy. This knowledge can be used to improve basic motor patterns to assist with returning to sport from an injury or even beginning a new activity such as running for those wanting to start.
Kelly is local to the Yarra Valley having grown up in Launching Place. Outside of work she keeps herself busy playing Netball, running with the dog and fitting in strength workouts at home.
