How does it work?
We take every new Personal Training client through a full assessment to identify their strengths and weaknesses
From there we will develop a specific training program to help you reach your goals
We can assist with motivation, home exercises and nutrition advice

Our trainers hold a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology (not just an 8 week course)

New members are required to sign up for a minimum initial commitment of 6 weeks
How to pay:
All payments are made via direct debit. When you join up we will set up payments to come out of your bank account on a fortnightly basis. There are no additional transaction or setup fees

Pausing your membership: If you are away or unable to make a session let us know three weeks in advance and we can pause your membership.
Cancellations: No refunds can be made for late cancellations (less than 3 weeks notice). However missed sessions can be made up at another time. For example, if you a miss a session one week you can shift to another time that week or do 2 sessions either the week before or after (subject to availability).
